Why does my bank not recognise your account details?

Please ensure when you are sending funds to your account with us, you select the ‘business’ option as the account type, not the ‘personal’ option. Enhanced security measures have been put in place to enable individuals and businesses to confirm whether the details they have entered match the account of the person or organisation they are paying. 


Before proceeding with the transfer please check that the details you have entered match the details shown on our website.
