Will I receive confirmation when you receive my funds?

If you have provided us with an email address as part of your online application, you will receive confirmation and statements via email.
 

If you applied by post, we will send you a confirmation via post unless you have provided an email address, in which case we will send confirmations via email.
 

We aim to send confirmations within 10 working days of receiving your funds.
