    How and when will you contact me about my maturity?

    Please contact your Business Development Manager or our Customer Services team to give instruction on your Fixed Term Deposit. If, on the maturity date, we have not received a reinvestment instruction from you, we will contact you to discuss your options to reinvest or repay your funds.
