How do I update my contact preferences?

If you are registered for Online Banking, your statements and documents are available to view online. 


If you would like to receive your statements and documents via post, please update your ‘communication details’ which can be found in the ‘profile’ tab of your online account. 
 

Alternatively, please contact your Business Development Manager or our Customer Services team.
