How can I view my statements online?

When you have a new document or statement, we'll send you an email to let you know. You can then securely view these online by following these simple steps:
 

1. To access your online account on our website, click login in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Once you are logged in, click on the documents tab in the menu at the top of the screen.
3. You'll now be able to find your recent documents and statements here together in one safe and secure space. 

Please note, any documents sent via post before your switch to paper free will not be available in online banking.
