How to update your communication preferences

If you would prefer to receive paper communications via post, you can update your communication preferences in your online banking account:
 

  1. To access your online account on our website, click login in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the profile tab in the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Under communication details, you will find the option to receive your documents and statements by post.

 

Alternatively, you can call or write to us to update your preferences. 

Phone us on: 020 3857 3050 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays).

Write to use at: Close Brothers Savings, 10 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4FT.

 

Please note, contacting us via post may incur delays. If you need to update your preferences urgently, please do so via your online account or give us a call.
