View our opening hoursWhen will I receive my annual certificate of interest?
Your annual certificate of interest is sent to you annually at the end of the tax year in April. This will be sent out to you in the post and should arrive with you by mid May.
If you are registered for online banking, your certificate will also be available in your Online Document Library in May.
