Share

You may have heard about the new data protection regulation coming into force this year.

We’d like to let you know about how this may affect your relationship with us and reassure you that we will be keeping you up to date with any changes we make in line with the regulation.

What is the General Data Protection Regulation?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018 and will give you more control when it comes to your data.

We always aim to be clear and transparent about how we use your data and are committed to protecting your privacy by keeping data secure.

By 25 May 2018, we’ll send you our updated Privacy Policy, reflecting the new rights you hold.

Is there anything I need to do?

No, we will send you our updated Privacy Policy so that you have a copy for your records.

We won’t be changing the way we use your personal data and this won’t affect the terms and conditions of any product you hold with us.

Please contact us if you’d like to check or amend your marketing preferences. You can call our Customer Services team on 020 3857 3050 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) who will be happy to help.
