Important update
Changes to the Bank of England Base Rate

The Bank of England decreased Base Rate from 5.00% to 4.75% on Thursday 7 November 2024. Following this announcement, we will be reviewing how this impacts our current savings interest rates and this may mean we need to change your variable interest rate if this is applicable to your product. If we do, we will be in touch to let you know and provide you with your options.

To show our commitment to lowering our environmental impact, we're changing the way we send our communications and we will be reducing the amount of paper we send via post.

If you are registered for online banking, we'll only send your documents and statements to you digitally, unless you change your preference back to post.

How to view your statements online

When you have a new document or statement, we'll send you an email to let you know. You can then securely view these online by following these simple steps:

    1. To access your online account on our website, click login in the top right corner of the screen.
    2. Once you are logged in, click on the documents tab in the menu at the top of the screen.
    3. You'll now be able to find your recent documents and statements here together in one safe and secure space.

For more information about our online documents, please visit the help and support section of our website.
